‘Unprecedented’ heat wave in western North America set to pass, but impacts linger

The heat wave hitting much of western North America, both in Canada and the U.S., has been called “unprecedented” by some as multiple cities break heat records, including the village of Lytton, B.C., which once again saw the hottest temperature ever recorded in Canada for the third straight day. Ross Hull reports.
