Ontario officially entered Step 2 of the province’s reopening plan on Wednesday.
For many hair and nail salons it was the first step on a long road to financial recovery from the pandemic.
The province ordered these businesses to close in early April as Ontario was placed in another stay at home order.
The scissors are now back in action and many people in Peterborough couldn’t be happier.
