Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says B.C.’s COVID-19 case numbers remain low, hospitalizations are low and vaccine numbers are climbing so the province is ready to move to Step 3 of the restart plan. “We no longer need to have orders and directives in place,” Henry said.
