High River will be hosting two weekends of chuckwagon racing next month. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, the event is called Battle of the Foothills and was created after drivers say they were blindsided by the Calgary Stampede’s decision to cancel the Rangeland Derby this year for safety reasons.
