Manitoba officials say recent ‘uptick’ in 1st dose appointments is enough to ensure province will meet reopening targets

Johanu Botha, operations, logistics and planning leader on Manitoba’s COVID-19 task force, said on Thursday that while the province has seen a “leveling off” of COVID-19 vaccine first doses for some time, a recent “uptick” in appointment bookings is enough to ensure Manitoba will meet its reopening targets.
