A father and son from Brighton, Ont., have a huge fish tale to share.
The pair reeled in a salmon weighing more than 42 pounds from Lake Ontario near Cobourg on Wednesday, June 23.
The fish is currently the largest as part of the Silver Salmon Challenge the duo are competing in. The grand prize is $100,000.
It’s believed it’s the largest salmon caught in Lake Ontario in a decade.
