Delta COVID-19 variant, low vaccination rates raise concerns of resurgence in U.S.

Lagging COVID-19 vaccination rates, coupled with the highly-contagious Delta variant, are raising concerns that the U.S. may see a spike of new cases in the south. As Jackson Proskow reports, one medical expert says a possible resurgence is a time bomb waiting to happen, and creative efforts are underway to get more people their shots.
