It’s official, as of Canada Day, Alberta is open for the summer and many believe the province will be open for good. The province has hit its 70 per cent benchmark for Albertans receiving a single dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, meaning all remaining public health restrictions will soon be lifted. Jill Croteau reports.
