It appears Peterborough’s hot housing marketing is about to heat up even more.
That’s not great news for first time home buyers.
According to the Globe and Mail a Toronto condo developer is planning to buy hundreds of homes to rent out in midsized Ontario cities, including right here in Peterborough.
