New Brunswick’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell announced on Tuesday that since the province has hit its 75 per cent first-dose vaccination target, Phase 1 of its COVID-19 reopening plan can begin. “We got ‘er done,” Russell said, giving a thumbs up during the press conference.
