Nova Scotia Premier Iain Rankin announced on Tuesday that the province would reopen its borders to its “Atlantic neighbours” on June 23, adding that travelers from New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador won’t be required to self-isolate upon entering the province.
