Freeland ‘very disappointed’ after report senior military leaders golfed with Gen. Vance amid investigation

Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said on Monday she was “very disappointed” after learning that Vice-Adm. C.A. Baines, the commander of the Royal Canadian Navy, and second-in-command of the Canadian Forces, Lt.-Gen. Mike Rouleau went golfing with Gen. Jonathan Vance while he remains under investigation by military police.
