Soleiman Faqiri died at the Central East Correctional Centre in 2016 following an encounter with jail guards at the Lindsay super jail. Earlier this month Ontario’s top pathologist announced he was reviewing the case. Faqiri’s brother Yusuf spoke with Noor Ibrahim about the new development.
