Quebecers to take a plunge in lakes and rivers to raise awareness about lack of waterfront access

Despite being surrounded by water, there is a significant lack of waterfront access on the island of Montreal. The Grand Splash invites Quebecers to jump into bodies of water in nine different locations across the province to raise awareness on the lack of clean swimming water. Olivia O’Malley has more.
