It is a disease that is very rare–affecting only about 5 people per million each year. One of them is a Kelowna teen. She was diagnosed with it just over two years ago and now she is using her and her family’s passion for cycling to help raise much needed awareness and funds in the hopes of one day finding a cure. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
