A group of Irish-Montrealers was bestowed a prestigious honour on Friday. For years a dedicated team of volunteers has fought tirelessly to preserve the burial ground of 6,000 Irish immigrants who perished after their arrival in the 1800s. As Globla’s Dan Spector reports, their hard work did not go unnoticed.
