B.C. woman questions loyalty to Canadian Tire after dead husband’s points forfeited

Store loyalty and reward programs are meant as an incentive to keep customers coming back but a Nanaimo woman is questioning her retailer loyalty after her husband’s Canadian Tire points were forfeited after his sudden passing.
