Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole spoke on Tuesday about the London, Ont. vehicle attack that left four members of a Muslim family dead and a child injured, saying that Canada needs to “strive to learn and be better,” so the child’s future can be “better than the Canada of Sunday evening,” where he and his family can walk safely without fear.
