Det. Supt. Paul Waight, with the London Police Service, said Monday that the man accused in a vehicle attack that killed four members of the same family and injured a nine-year-old child was arrested about six-kilometres from the scene. Waight said 20-year-old Nathaniel Veltman is charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
