Pope expresses sorrow over residential school deaths, but no apology

As the Catholic church faces pressure to take responsibility for its role for Canada’s residential school system failures, Pope Francis expressed his pain and sympathies over the discovery of unmarked graves of children in Kamloops, B.C., but as David Akin reports, the Pope offered no formal apology.
