Tokyo 2020 president acknowledges possibility of Games cancellation, but continuing with preparations

Tokyo 2020 president Seiko Hashimoto said Friday that there was the possibility of the Olympic Games being cancelled, saying if it’s a case of athletes and guests being unable to come, then the Games may not go ahead. Yet she added, organizers were still pushing on with preparations.
