Texas teen Paxton Smith, who was the valedictorian for the Lake Highlands High School class of 2021 scrapped her originally-submitted speech to school officials, to instead use her address to students to criticize the new Texas abortion law which makes any abortion after the first heartbeat can be detected illegal.
