With Tuesday marking Stage 1 of Alberta’s summer reopening plan, restaurants in Calgary were once again able to offer patio service. With temperatures set to reach close to 30 C this week, the opportunity to reopen couldn’t have come at a better time for restaurant owners. Matthew Conrod reports.
