Trudeau reflects on loss of 215 children buried at former Kamloops residential school

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reflected on the loss of 215 children whose remains were found at a former Kamloops residential school during a debate in the House of Commons on Tuesday, saying that they “would have been elders, knowledge keepers and community leaders.” He added: “that is the fault of Canada.”
