British Columbia’s provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said on Monday that “about a dozen” children had erroneously received the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for their first dose instead of the Pfizer vaccine, but said officials don’t believe the error “will cause any clinical harm.”
