Indonesian-Canadian designer finds voice and embraces heritage through fashion

As Asian Heritage Month comes to a close, one Indonesian-Canadian fashion designer is reflecting on what it means to celebrate it. She’s overcome numerous hurdles – including racism – to get to where she is today and through fashion, Shelli Oh has found her voice while embracing her culture. Miranda Anthistle has the details.
