Nova Scotia Premier Iain Rankin announced on Friday a multi-phase plan to reopen the province as more residents get fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Rankin said the plan will include the gradual reopening of restaurants and businesses, and that in-person classes will resume at all public and private schools outside of Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and Sydney.
