Alberta announces $45M to help young students struggling with reading, math

University of Alberta research shows some young students are eight to 12 months behind their normal grade level when it comes to reading and math this year due to school closures and interruptions. As Tom Vernon explains, the province will be providing funding for schools to help students catch up.
