Manitoba to give schools $58M in funding for upcoming school year amid COVID-19 pandemic

Manitoba Education Minister Cliff Cullen announced $58 million in new funding for schools across the province on Thursday, to help put COVID-19 precautions in place for the upcoming 2021-22 school year. Cullen said the funding includes money earmarked for PPE costs and remote learning.
