Step one of BC’s re-start plan includes indoor dining being once again allowed—starting immediately. That news is being welcomed by restaurants and pubs. But as Klaudia Van Emmeik reports, many were also hoping today’s announcement would include other restrictions being lifted, ones that would allow tourists to also give the hard hard hospitality industry a much needed boost.
