Saskatchewan Health Authority CEO Scott Livingstone said Tuesday that he believed the province would be receiving its first hospital patient from Manitoba, which is experiencing surging COVID-19 cases, but he added they had for the time being set a limit of receiving five patients from the neighbouring province.
