B.C. set to unveil plans to reopen province as COVID-19 circuit breaker ends

As of midnight Monday, B.C.’s COVID-19 circuit breaker restrictions will end, lifting the ban on indoor dining and group fitness activities. On Tuesday afternoon, the premier and health officials will lay out a plan to safely reopen the province over the next few months. Richard Zussman reports.
