They can be seen throughout parts of Metro Vancouver, people living, not only in homeless camps, but in RV’s parked on city streets. After letting the issue slide for much of the pandemic, the City of Vancouver is cracking down. Emad Agahi spoke with some some of those who’ve found themselves in their own own version of the film “Nomandland.”
