Two people have been charged with uttering threats against Jewish residents of Côte Saint-Luc. The alleged incidents took place Monday night. The investigation has been turned over to the SPVM’s hate crimes unit. As Global’s Dan Spector explains, the alleged threats are being taken very seriously.
