Nepal is now also facing a deepening COVID-19 crisis, as its under-funded and less prepared health system is overwhelmed by a surging number of new infections. As Redmond Shannon reports, it’s believed the surge is partly due to cross border travel of migrant workers between Nepal and and hard-hit India.
