Nova Scotia rotational workers concerned by new ‘application process’ for returning home

Some rotational workers in Nova Scotia are upset by the province’s latest pandemic protection measure, which requires permanent residents returning from essential travel to submit an application. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, those travellers are asked to submit their applications one week in advance, with an expected approval rate within three business days.
