NDP ethics critic Charlie Angus on Thursday raised concerns that the report by the federal ethics commissioner into the WE Charity scandal suggests there was “insider access.” Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said the report “clears the prime minister of all allegations.” It did not clear her predecessor as finance minister, Bill Morneau.
