A damning report into the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic concludes that the disaster could have been avoided. As Ted Chernecki reports, the review found that a lack of decisive leadership, early on, allowed the virus to spread out of control and if we don’t learn from the mistakes that were made, it could happen again.
