India on Wednesday was struggling to keep up the pace of its much-needed mass COVID-19 vaccination drive because of a supply shortage and strong demand from residents. Vaccines were running short, especially in the financial centre of Mumbai, and in the capital of Delhi, two of India’s hardest-hit regions.
