It’s a problem that Peterborough city councillors have heard about for years-speeding in residential neighbourhoods. And it looks like council is moving to tackle the problem. Recently councillors voted to introduce traffic calming measures in all five of the city’s wards. Transportation chair and Town Ward councillor Kemi Akapo spoke with Noor Ibrahim, Global News Morning Peterborough anchor, about the project.
