Community leaders want Vancouver’s Oppenheimer Park to reopen in day and shut down at night

More than a year after a tent city was cleared from Oppenheimer Park, the Downtown Eastside greenspace remains closed after a costly clean up. Community advocates are now pushing for the park to be reopened in the day but shut down at night, in order to avoid another encampment. Kristen Robinson reports.
