For the last 14 days, Saint-Laurent has posted the highest number of COVID-19 infections per capita on the island of Montreal. This comes as the health minister is trying to encourage people 35 years and over to get vaccinated. Christian Dubé says there are still many spaces available. Global’s Tim Sargeant has more.
