Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer cancelled a decades-old easement allowing the Line 5 pipeline to cross the Straits of Makinac last November, and Enbridge has been ordered to shut the pipeline down by May 12. As Tom Vernon reports, the case is currently before a federal court.
