Toronto city council votes to uphold e-scooter ban

Toronto city council has voted to continue a ban on e-scooters and that means you won’t see any of the battery-powered contraptions on the streets any time soon. While some see it as a missed opportunity, others are applauding the move. Matthew Bingley has more.
