A follow-up tonight to a story we brought you last night. It’s to do with what business owners call a dramatic increase in crime in downtown Kelowna’s north end, The business operators say they’ve experienced the spike in criminal activity ever since a homeless shelter opened earlier his year. Tonight we hear from the city about what it’s doing to mitigate the problems but the question remains…will it be enough. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
