Peloton and U.S. regulators announced Wednesday a voluntary recall of the company’s two treadmill products, the Tread and Tread+, after one child was killed and dozens more were injured in separate incidents over the past few years. Owners of the treadmills are asked to stop using them immediately and to contact the company for a full refund.
