New Brunswick’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Jennifer Russell on Wednesday reported the province’s first death from a rare blood clotting-syndrome linked to the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. Russell said the province will continue to evaluate the risk posed by the vaccine.
