A group of Kelowna business owners is pleading for something to be done about what they say is a dramatic increase in crime in the area. They own and operate businesses in the 1-thousand block of Richter Street. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, they say they noticed the sharp rise in criminal activity after a homeless shelter opened its doors earlier this year.
