Quebec Premier François Legault responded on Tuesday to news that Marie-Ève Proulx, Quebec’s minister for regional economic development, had stepped down amid allegations of harassment. Legault said Proulx had been offered coaching on management, but that the situation in her ministry “didn’t improve enough.”
