NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh responded to questions on Monday regarding the Conservatives’ call for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to fire chief of staff Katie Telford, after a former senior staffer told a defence committee that she was aware of a 2018 allegation against Gen. Jonathan Vance. “This falls squarely on the shoulders of the prime minister, who had the report and the responsibility to protect women, and has failed,” Singh stated.
